Why Blackberry?

Don’t underestimate the Bramble, it’s one of our very own native Superfoods!!!! It may not be exotic but it no less packs a punch! It’s a powerful Anti-oxidant, a property that help keeps us young, preventing degenerative disease such as diabetes, arthritis, alzheimer’s and heart disease.It also counters chronic inflammatory disease such as cancer and autoimmune disease. Why Oxymel?
An Oxymel is firstly a great way of preserving plant material simply by combining a herbal vinegar with honey by gently heating. These substances have great health giving properties in their own right.
