First you need to make some Cleavers juice. There are many ways to do this, either in a juicer or chop them up, put in a jelly bag and squeeze out the juice.
Next, measure the juice and mix it well with an equal amount of vegetable glycerine or runny honey, then bottle and label.
Dose: Take 1-2 teaspoons, 2-3 x’s daily.
